Before we get started we will conduct an initial phone consultation. We will take this opportunity to discuss the requirements and expectations of your project and get to know your scope.
To get started we will request your architectural plans - Minimum requirement.
It would be of great assistance and will provide you increased accuracy if structural plans and reports are provided.
Other documents such as BASIX, Landscape plans and the like are also optional.

STEP 2. REVIEW OUR FEE
Once you send your plans, we will send you a fee for your estimate within 24 hours alongside an indicative completion date. Every project is different and our fees vary from project to project.

STEP 3. ACCEPT OUR TERMS
Our Terms & Conditions are available online - please make yourself familiar and approve our fee, confirming acceptance.

STEP 4. RECEIVE ESTIMATE
We will undertake a return brief confirming your scope and will issue your estimate via email. Your Estimate will include a Summary of all costs and a Detailed breakdown of all trades.
